What is your returns policy?

We always strive to deliver you the best in quality and value. If for any reason your item was lost in transit, broken, damaged, or you received an incorrect shipment you are eligible for refund. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@nellajstyleloft.co. If your return is accepted, we’ll begin the return process. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Where do you ship?

Nella J Style Loft ships to all 50 states within the U.S. including P.O. Boxes.

When should I expect to receive my order?

We typically take 3-5 business days for handling & processing your order. The typical delivery time frame is anywhere from 8-15 business days. Depending on your location, you might receive items much earlier.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Our order tracking provides you with the latest updates on your order. Track Order

Tracking numbers will be sent as soon as we are able to ship your order. Sometimes additional delays may arise that are beyond our control such as postal delays or customs inspections. 

What should I do if I receive a defective order?

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at info@nellajstyleloft.co if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

What should I do if I haven't received my order?

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. If you failed to receive your order, please let us know by email at info@nellajstyleloft.co .

Can I make changes to an order after it's placed?

Once an order has been placed, no changes can be made to the order. Ensure all items selected in your cart are the correct size and color before finalizing your order as we are not responsible for returns and refunds for incorrect item purchases. 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, Shop Pay, and digital wallet payments. All acceptable payment methods are displayed at the bottom of our website and checkout.
